Damian Osisek is a member of the z/VM Strategy Team and enjoys delving into the depths of CP with areas of expertise that span SIE, virtual-machine simulation, I/O passthrough, zSeries architecture, z/VM CPU and storage management and serialization. He has a lifetime of experience with VM system programming beginning with VM/370 R6, and he started his VM development career with VM/XA SF Release 1. Today, Damian focuses on CP and in particular 64-bit support and architecture extensions for virtualization and Linux-VM synergy.
