Our 2002 Fall (October) meeting was held in Cincinnati, Ohio, home of the Cincinnati Bengals.
After enjoying a continental breakfast, we held our business meeting, and then recognized the following people who were "Knighted" during VM's 30th birthday party at SHARE this year, except for Reed Mullen, who was knighted in 1997:
All of the above "knights" are either members of MVMRUG or have presented at one of the MVMRUG meetings in the past. Terry Moore and David Kreuter are also officers of MVMRUG. "Congratulations" to each of you!
The Catholic Healthcare Partners are located at 615 Elsinore Place, Cincinnati, Ohio near Reading Road off of I-71.
Our accommodations were excellent! Our host served both breakfast and lunch and we wish to extend a special "thank you" to Catholic Healthcare Partners (CHP) for hosting our meeting, sharing their facilities and making us feel warm and welcome.
The Rookwood Pottery Bistro hosted our Thursday night dinner. Rookwood , one of the first businesses to be owned and operated by a woman, started out as a pottery and was converted in the late 60's to a restaurant and bar serving burgers in a plastic basket. Today, it offers upscale casual dining in one of the authentic kilns used to fire the world-class pottery.
