Chuck Morse is a Consulting Marketing Support Representative at the IBM Washington Systems Center. He has been providing technical support for VM for 25 years, the last 20 of which have been at the Washington Systems Center. He has helped conduct several early introduction programs for VM/SP HPO, VM/XA SP, VM/ESA and other VM related products. He has published four Washington Systems Center Technical Bulletins, and has presented at SHARE, regional VM user groups, and other VM technical conferences. He is also the lead IBM representative to the VM group at SHARE.
