Ron Kohl is one of the Founders of Beyond Software. Prior to founding the company, Mr. Kohl spent over twenty five years in management positions in all areas of Information Technology including operations, applications development, technical services, database administration, telecommunications and strategic planning. He has developed and implemented multi-year telecommunications plans for corporations that experienced rapid growth. In th early eighties, Mr. Kohl led a successful multi-year warehouse automation program which introduced material handling technology for a major retailer. More recently Mr. Kohl managed the development, operations, marketing and customer support responsibilities for an on-line service known as EPRINET which served 7,000 customers in the electric utility industry. Mr. Kohl is familiar with all aspects of a state-of-the-art Information Systems shop. Prior positions include General Manager for EPRINET, Director of MIS Product Development for the GAP, Inc., and Director of MIS for the Banana Republic division. Mr. Kohl has a degree in Economics from San Jose State University
