Lyn Hadley has worked with VM development and service since 1972 when VM/370 was announced. He has worked for IBM for 32 years. Most of those years, he has worked with customers remotely as they have called in problems to the IBM support center. He came to IBM Endicott in 1992 and currently works remotely from a home office near Jamestown, NY.
