Les Geer has been working at IBM for almost 17 years, the last 12 in VM development and support where he worked on releases of VM/Pass-Through Facility, RSCS, and DirMaint. His RSCS emphasis has been in TCP/IP support, especially LPR and LPD print support. In addition, he provides support for DFSMS/VM. Recently, he has begun branching out into Linux development at IBM Endicott.
