Mark Fyffe is the US IBM Market Manager for the zSeries Software
Support Services, with 30 years experience in the area of
software support and service.  He started in Indianapolis as
Program Support Rep for VM and MVS and was a key designer for
the VM PUT and IBMLink/ServiceLink.  He has been involved in
most areas of service with the primary focus on electronic
software support for the S390/zSeries systems.  His current
responsibilities include the software support services which
utilize IBMLink and development of new  software services
for the zSeries platform.
