Enterprise Web Performance

Barton's company, "Velocity Software" has formed a partnership with "Beyond Software", one of the vendors providing a web server product for VM. As such, Velocity's products are being enhanced to produce several reports which can be used to monitor and tune the web servers, a feature which Barton pointed out is currently unique to VM. (No other platform offers a web server which can be monitored with such detail - the so called 'black boxes' as he refers to them).

In this session, he showed us various sample reported (created from live data) and offered some suggestions for how to properly monitor and tune web servers on VM.
